Portable Signs in Medicine Hat
“Portable Sign” means a sign mounted on a frame, trailer, stand or similar structure that is
easily transported, but does not include a Sandwich Board or a Temporary Sign.
- Valid permit required
- A Portable Sign must not be located closer than 40 meters to another Portable Sign regardless of whether the Portable Signs are on the same Site.
- A Portable Sign is a permitted use in all districts except the residential districts and the downtown mixed-use district, and is a discretionary use in the downtown mixed-use district.
